Terms that govern use of the Mindgateway website and the described local analytical utility.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://mindgateway.digital/ and the Mindgateway software as described on that website.

By using the website or obtaining the application through the Microsoft Store homepage link provided on this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the software.

1. Acceptance of terms

Using Mindgateway materials constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy published at /privacy/.

2. Description of the software

Mindgateway is a local data tracking utility and analytical software for secure record cataloging, organizing offline information, reviewing historical records, and maintaining informational summaries.

Mindgateway is not:

  • a financial institution
  • a wallet provider
  • a custodian
  • a broker
  • an exchange
  • an investment platform
  • a payment provider

The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website and software for lawful, personal or internal informational purposes consistent with these Terms, including organizing local records and reviewing analytical summaries for record-keeping.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • use Mindgateway to misrepresent it as a financial service, custody product, or investment advisor
  • attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the website in a way that compromises security or availability
  • upload unlawful content through any channel associated with Mindgateway communications
  • use the site to distribute malware or deceptive downloaders
  • claim Microsoft endorsement, certification, or partnership based solely on the Store homepage CTA

5. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, layout, and related materials are owned by Mindgateway or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute site materials for commercial reuse without permission, except for ordinary viewing and sharing of public URLs.

6. Software limitations

Mindgateway is provided as an informational analytical utility. Features described on the website relate to local tracking, cataloging, organization, and review. Unsupported claims about financial functionality should be disregarded; the product positioning in these Terms controls.

7. Third-party services

The primary CTA redirects to https://apps.microsoft.com/. Microsoft services are governed by Microsoft’s terms and policies. Mindgateway does not control Microsoft Store availability, ranking, reviews, or policies, and does not fabricate Store ratings or certifications.

Fonts or other third-party resources loaded by the website are subject to their respective providers’ terms.

8. No financial or investment advice

Nothing on the website or in the software constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make.

9. No financial institution status

Mindgateway does not operate as a bank, payment institution, securities firm, or other regulated financial entity under these Terms.

10. No wallet functionality

Despite topic phrasing that may use the words “offline wallet tracker” in a product-label sense, Mindgateway as presented here does not provide cryptocurrency wallet functionality, key management, or asset transfer features.

11. No custody of assets

Mindgateway does not take custody of money, tokens, or other assets.

12. No transaction execution

Mindgateway does not execute, broadcast, clear, or settle transactions.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mindgateway does not warrant uninterrupted availability or that the site will be free of errors.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindgateway and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of the website or software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in Thailand.

Mindgateway may update descriptions, features, or availability of the software. Website copy may change to reflect those updates while remaining consistent with the non-financial positioning in these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand (TH), without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s law. Courts in Thailand shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
